The idea for beginning my own billing practice came from the changes in the Health Care Industry and the need for experienced medical billers. The medical professionals are working harder than ever and receiving an average of 30% less for their efforts. At California Medical Billing, we keep up with the constant changes and the individual billing needs of our clients. Our main goal is to provide the best possible service at an affordable price. We go the extra mile to ensure quality claims processing because our goals are the same as our clients, so if you're not reimbursed for your services, neither are we!

As office supervisor it is an honor to assist our office staff, as well as our provider's office staff in dealing with billing questions and insurance difficulties. Our providers are confident in our abilities to get every claim out correctly and in a timely matter. Our office is proud of the fact that our clients have nothing to worry about when it comes to being reimbursed for their hard work. By putting their practice management in our hands, it allows for them to focus on their priority, which is their patient's. Our office is always available to assist with patients questions and concerns in regards to their insurance, and patient account balances as well. My personal gratification varies from day to day at California Medical Billing. Seeing disputed claims be reimbursed is a favorite, but helping a patient over the phone can also make my day. We pride ourselves on being highly organized and make sure that every single claim has been "touched" and closely monitored until payment is received.
